Your videos and clips

Aitube is a Windows application. Video downloading, speech recognition, rendering and clip storage happen on your PC. The Aitube website does not accept video uploads. Your source video, transcript and generated clips are saved locally.

Optional online AI

If you choose subscription-backed AI in Pro, transcript text is sent to OpenAI using your own signed-in account. That service’s terms, privacy policy and usage limits apply. Free uses local processing. Model files download from their hosting provider on first use.

YouTube and video sources

Video links contact their source websites. Connecting YouTube authorizes Google API access for your channel. Aitube stores the OAuth token on your PC and sends clips and metadata to YouTube when you choose to publish. You can revoke access through your Google account.

Purchases

Stripe hosts checkout and processes your payment information. Aitube does not collect or store your full card details. The store checks Stripe’s payment record before providing Pro downloads and a signed activation file, and when renewing monthly app access. The app sends its private checkout identifier to the Aitube store for payment verification. Your email and purchase information are available to the seller in Stripe for customer support.

Website requests

Your hosting provider may keep normal access logs, including IP addresses and requested pages. The site uses Google Fonts, which contacts Google to load typography. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included in this release.

Support and local data

If you contact support, information you provide is used to respond. Local settings, account tokens, models and logs are stored in your Windows user profile. Uninstalling the extracted app folder does not automatically remove that data. Contact us for purchase-related privacy questions.
